Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service.  If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.

  • We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.
  • Please keep all valuable items with you during your service.
  • Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.
  • No pets are allowed in the salon.

Reschedule or Cancel

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment(s), please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of 50 percent of the service total. For a "no show", your credit card will automatically be charged for the full value of service(s). 

Under 18

We love children, but due to safety hazards present in the spa, such as hot wax and chemicals, we are unable to accommodate unattended children under the age of 12. Nor do our facilities have the capacity to accommodate carriers and/or strollers.


Anyone under the age of 18 receiving a service for the first time must have a parent or guardian present at the initial appointment to give written consent. If they are under the age of 16 the parent or guardian must be present during the service.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards are non-refundable, but they are transferable.

Forms of Payment

We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash. Sorry, we do not accept Discover, American Express, or personal checks.

Gratuity

Gratuity is left to the discretion of our clients.  Gift certificates do not include gratuity.
